Film

Film Despite some of the most challenging conditions in recent years we are still committed to film being a cornerstone of our business both in the UK and on a global stage.

Not only are we passionate about developing high quality, star led films produced for theatrical, DVD and online release, we aim to do so as cost-effectively as possible, maximizing the spend for investors and ensuring that the maximum value goes on screen.

We are also now active in producing films by financing 100% of the production budget of feature films with budgets of between $5m and $15m through it’s New Mexico based 103 Degrees West Entertainment Fund. In addition we also aim to finance P&A through this fund, both for projects we finance and produce as well as for third party projects.

We also utilize our extensive experience and knowledge in the industry to actively consult for third parties and investors to set up funds and manage funds.

Film Financing

Independent film financing is an incredibly complex and byzantine financial process that is often constructed from a tapestry of pre-sales, equity and public subsidies and beneficial tax regimes.

Between 1998 and 2003 we successfully raised over £18 million of tax-driven investment, through Enterprise Investment Scheme structured companies (EIS), Sale and Leaseback and Section 48 Production Partnerships.

103° West

103° West Media LLC is an independent fund based in New Mexico, USA,that has been set-up to be an innovative new force in film financing.

103° West business model is to finance up to 100% of the budget for a slate of over 12 features budgeted between $5m - $15m.

As a result of this many countries have now structured diffferent financial incentives to attract producers, including tax credits, perferential loans and other benefits.
