In addition to raising over £20m in finance from both public and private sources in the UK, the directors also have wide-ranging experience in private and public fund management in the film and creative and media space.

They have extensive experience in structuring media and film businesses to ensure that they maximize the tax benefits for the investor, for example via an Enterprise Investment Scheme or Venture Capital Trust.

The directors have recently launched 103 Degrees West a unique fund that has been formed to 100% finance feature films in the USA with production budgets of between $5 and $15m.

Film Financing

Independent film financing is an incredibly complex and byzantine financial process that is often constructed from a tapestry of pre-sales, equity and public subsidies and beneficial tax regimes.

Between 1998 and 2003 we successfully raised over £18 million of tax-driven investment, through Enterprise Investment Scheme structured companies (EIS), Sale and Leaseback and Section 48 Production Partnerships.
